Avid, the leading technology provider to the media and entertainment industries, and ComLine, premier distributor of audio and video production solutions, have signed a new three-year contract that further extends the reach of Avid and its market-leading creative solutions for media professionals. From its two locations in Germany and France, the ComLine sales team serves the entire European economic area. From one-man operations to multi-billion corporate groups, large system integrators, and all post production professionals.
Under the renewed agreement, ComLine will focus on the available Avid portfolio. ComLine knows how to quickly identify growing market needs by providing digital tools, some of which it has developed in-house, such as the ‘Avid Renewal Manager’, and to pass on its know-how directly to the customer. As a value added distributor, ComLine not only provides a special service to its customers, but also offers a service that does not yet exist in this form elsewhere in distribution. ComLine’s experienced team, from purchasing to the RMA department, provides excellent support and collaborative partnership not only for resellers but also for Avid as a manufacturer.
„The past two years have greatly strengthened our relationship with Avid. This is reflected in the shape of personal collaboration and commercial success for both parties. ComLine’s existing European business customers have responded very positively to our increased involvement with Avid. The extension or expansion of our cooperation with Avid is therefore an important component of our national and European growth, also from a strategic point of view.“
„For ComLine, the continuous improvement of customer loyalty and smooth communication between manufacturer, distributor and customer is of great importance. We were able to improve both during the last contract period. After this intensive cooperation, the gears are now gripping noticeably faster and better. We are very much looking forward to our common future and to all new exciting goals.“
